 Community Manager Profile

     The below information is typical for any of our Community Managers. The information shows the standards to which they are required to meet before ever taking on an Association client.

     The Community Managers are trained specifically in budgeting, insurance, meeting facilitation, CC&R compliance, the architectural control process, HOA laws, and association finance.

     Some of our Managers have reached even higher and been awarded the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. For both of these designations, a multi-day intensive training course and the successful passing of a final exam is required. The AMS designation required 2 and ½ years of specific training in HOA Management.

     Our managers regularly attend annual industry conferences and monthly industry meetings to stay involved and keep up to date with continuing education.   

      Each of our community clients benefits from a team of professionals working on their community, not just one person. This frees up the Manager to focus on the Board’s needs and the planning for the future of the community.

            Manager –The Manager focuses on the Board and directly
                    addresses their concerns and questions.

            Assistant Community Manager – Supports the Community
                    Manager and fields phone calls from homeowners.

            Accounting Manager – Bonded CPA responsible for the accounting 
                    and finance portions of the community. The accounting
                    manager also does the web-site maintenance.
