Dear Uptown 21 Homeowner,

     Our community website was developed to serve as an information resource for our neighborhood.  Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with Uptown 21.

     We are managed by a Board of Directors that works with a management company, Small Association Management.

     Uptown 21 is a community of 21 condominiums.  We have convenient access to shopping, golf, parks, biking, and other community recreation areas.  Please check out “Sites of Interest” for more information on local government, schools, utilities, and recreation.                        

16th Street Mall

     The centerpiece of Downtown Denver is the 16th Street Mall, the 16-block long pedestrian and transit mall that serves as the retail core of Downtown Denver.
     The mall is a mile-long, tree-lined promenade stretching through the heart of downtown. Bustling with street vendors, souvenir shops, clothing and jewelry stores, and a plethora of bars and restaurants, this energetic strip offers plenty of variety. The Denver Pavilions, at the entrance of the mall, is a new open air-shopping plaza filled with trendy chains, including the Denver edition of the Hard Rock Cafe.

 The Denver Performing Arts Complex

 The Denver Performing Arts Complex is the largest arts complex in the world featuring ten performance spaces connected by an 80 foot tall glass roof. DPAC is a four-block, 12-acre site that is home to a Tony Award-winning theatre company, Broadway touring productions, contemporary dance and ballet, magnificent chorales, a major symphony orchestra, internationally-acclaimed opera and more.
